What should be paid attention to when handling gypsum board
Gypsum board should be transported vertically and should not be lifted horizontally. The paper plasterboard manufacturers should pay attention to the following aspects when storing plasterboard:
(1) Note that the veneer should not be protruded out of the stack, placed leaning or suspended, with four gypsum boards per stack.
(2) Gypsum board should be stored in a dry, ventilated place without direct sunlight.
(3) The outdoor storage time should not be affected by moisture and deformation to affect the quality of the board.
(4) The storage ground should be relatively flat, and pads should be used between the next rack and the ground, and between the upper rack and the lower rack. The pads are about 100mm high, and at least four pads are evenly distributed in parallel for each stack, and the pads at both ends are about 200mm away from the end of the gypsum board.
